Choco Crunch Delight

Easy and yummy #MustTry

Cream 400 ml
Biscuit (Marie) as required
Chocolate (Cadbury) 90g
Coffee 1/4tb
Vanilla Essence 1-2drop
Butter 2TB

-Microwave cream for 2-3minutes
-Add chopped chocolate and butter in it and mix it throughly.
-Add vanilla essence or coffee for flavour.
-In a separate serving dish layer Marie biscuit , pour half mixture and add another biscuit layer and mixture.
-For topping addd whipped cream with chocolate chunks.
-Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Um Ali

Croissants preferably butter(as required)
Cream 200ml
Milk 350 ml
Sugar 2 1/2 TB (Alternatively u can use condensed milk as well)
Desiccated Coconuts (1/2 a cup)
Almonds (1/2cup thinly sliced)
Raisins (1/2 cup ,preferably soak in water)
Walnuts (chopped 1/2 cup)
Cinnamon Powder 1/2tb

-Break croissants into bite size and place them in bottom layer in baking dish.
-In a separate pan mix milk and sugar , keep stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes so they are well incorporated. Set aside to cool. Add cinnamon powder and half of nuts. You can add half of cream at this stage .
-Pour this mixture on croissants , add nuts and cream in the second layer.
-Place it in oven for 5-10 minutes or until it becomes golden.
-Serve hot or cold
